Our Mock Tudor Boards are manufactured from a durable polyurethane based material which is highly durable and completely maintenance free, it also comes with a 15 year guarantee.
As with all of our works, where necessary we erect a full scaffolding system to provide a safe platform to work from, this enables us to carry out a thorough and comprehensive installation ensuring there will be no issues during the works.
Our project consisted of replacing rotten mock tudor boards to these two houses in Radstock in Somerset, and our customers wanted a maintenance free solution so that they didnt have to paint and repair rotten wood ever again.
We provided samples of our Replica Wood which unlike foiled plastic which can look very fake we supply and install the highest quality Mock Tudor Boards made from polyurethane with a genuine grain extruded within the profile to replicate a weathered wood, this can be painted in any colour but for this project our customer chose Rosewood Mock Tudor Boards.
Our small team removed all of the existing rotten Mock Tudor Boards in a careful manor, we then repaired any render cracks and replaced any delaminated render with new render and then painted all of the render with 3 coats of new flexible dulux weathersheild masonry paint.
Once the redecorating work was completed, we replaced all of the fascias, soffits and gutters with new uPVC boards to provide a maintenance free roofline.
We then installed our new Replica Timber, Mock Tudor Boards these are glued to the masonry substrate with a high strength grab adhesive and then bolted them to the wall with masonry anchors ensuring that they remain a permanent fixture for years to come!
All of our work was then thoroughly cleaned, all waste disposed off and scaffolding removed to provide a lasting maintenance free Replica Mock Tudor Board.
