The existing Fascias, soffits and guttering were at the end of their working life, the timber was rotten and the guttering was leaking due to its age and wear as well as failure of the existing non stainless steel screws.
Our team removed the existing timber fascias and soffits which lead us to see that there had been a large amount of vermin/ birds nests to the property, which is often an oversight when cappit installations are carried out.
We removed all the nesting debris and disposed of all the waste, we then installed the new Fascia's, soffits and guttering as well as new ventilation to prevent the roof sweating, installed new bird guards and eaves trays to fully complete the installation.
